The Problem:

You have 50 usernames and passwords to remember for various systems, websites, and machines.  You're supposed to use different and secure passwords for each one, but that's just too many to remember, especially when they change all the time.

The Solution:

Don't even try to remember them.  Remember one really good one, and let the computer be your memory for all the others.  We're going to use KeePass for this.   It can even generate your new passwords for you so you don't have to.

KeePass is a security database program installed on your work machine.  It has an icon that looks like this:
